Giacomo Naldi

While Giacomo Naldi has not received traditional awards, his story remains a pivotal case study in sports medicine ethics. The Clostebol incident of 2024 is frequently cited in discussions about the responsibilities of support staff and the strict liability nature of anti-doping regulations. His ability to return to the professional tennis circuit in 2025 demonstrates a unique resilience in the face of public condemnation.
