    George W. Bush's most celebrated achievement is the President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), launched in 2003. This initiative has been credited with saving over 25 million lives and is widely regarded as one of the most successful global health programs in history. He is also the only U.S. president to hold an MBA and the first to complete a marathon. His post-presidency painting career has produced three published collections and raised funds for veterans' causes.
