Future and Tyla join forces on "Game Time," the official anthem for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, released June 6, 2025, through Epic Records and Freebandz. The track merges Future's trap-laced hip-hop with Tyla's amapiano-infused pop, weaving African percussion and melodic hooks into a stadium-ready sound. Produced by ATL Jacob, FnZ, and Wheezy, the song was written by both artists alongside the production team.

Commercially, "Game Time" peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100, marking Future's 25th top-20 entry and Tyla's second. It climbed to number 4 on the Billboard Global 200 and number 2 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart. In the UK, it debuted at number 9, while reaching number 1 in South Africa, number 8 in Canada, and the top 20 in Australia, Germany, and France. The RIAA certified it Platinum on August 15, 2025, for over 1 million US units; the BPI awarded Gold for 400,000 UK units.

The music video, directed by Dave Meyers, dropped June 13, 2025, on YouTube. It shows Future and Tyla performing in a futuristic stadium, intercut with World Cup match footage and fan reactions. Within a month, the video surpassed 45 million views. Critical reception was generally favorable: Pitchfork rated it 7.2/10, Rolling Stone gave 4/5 stars, and NME praised Tyla's vocals. Some reviews, like The Independent's 3/5, noted the lyrics as generic but functional for a tournament anthem.

"Game Time" won Best World Cup Song at the 2025 MTV Europe Music Awards and received nominations for Best Collaboration at the BET Hip Hop Awards, Best Music Video at the MTV Video Music Awards, and Song of the Year at the South African Music Awards. Culturally, the song became ubiquitous during the World Cup, featured in FIFA video games, a Coca-Cola commercial, and viral TikTok challenges (#GameTimeChallenge amassed over 2 billion views). Remixes by Major Lazer and Elaine, plus a live orchestral version at the closing ceremony, underscored its reach.
