Frank Rijkaard's career is filled with historic achievements. He is one of only a handful of people to win the UEFA Champions League as both a player and a manager. He was a key part of the legendary AC Milan team that dominated Europe in the late 1980s and early 1990s. At Barcelona, he not only won trophies but also established the playing style and culture that led to even greater success under his successor. His ability to manage superstar egos while maintaining tactical discipline set him apart as a coach.
