Frank Lucas

Frank Lucas was a criminal figure, not an entertainer or public honoree. He received no awards, honours, Hall of Fame inductions, rankings, or magazine covers. His notoriety comes from his drug operation and from the 2007 film American Gangster, not from any formal recognition.
