Fanendo Adi

Fanendo Adi, born on 10 October 1990 in Lagos, Nigeria, is a former professional footballer who played as a striker. After hanging up his boots, he transitioned into coaching, bringing his wealth of experience to the next generation of players.[edit]

The Timbers Army never gave Fanendo Adi a formal fan club name, and no collective identity ever formed around him the way it does for global superstars. Instead, his fandom lived in the stands of Providence Park, where Portland supporters roared his name during his 126 regular-season appearances and 54 goals. That bond was made permanent in July 2025, when fans voted him into the Timbers All-Time XI, a third-place all-time scoring honor that still echoes in club lore.
