Eric Bieniemy's coaching career is defined by sustained excellence. As offensive coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs, his units consistently ranked among the NFL's best in scoring and total yards. He helped Patrick Mahomes win two MVP awards and guided the team to two Super Bowl victories. Bieniemy has also been a finalist for multiple head coaching positions, a rare distinction that underscores his reputation as one of the league's top offensive minds.

AwardsBieniemy won two Super Bowl rings as offensive coordinator of the Kansas City Chiefs (LIV and LVII). As a college player, he was a unanimous All-American and the Big Eight Offensive Player of the Year in 1990. He was inducted into the CU Athletic Hall of Fame in 2010.
