Records

Green's four NBA championships place him among the most decorated players of his generation. He is only the second player in NBA history to win Defensive Player of the Year after being drafted in the second round. His eight All-Defensive Team selections (five First Team) reflect sustained defensive excellence over a decade. He has represented the United States internationally, winning three gold medals across the Olympics and FIBA World Cup. His ability to guard any position and orchestrate an offense from the forward spot has been widely credited with changing how the power forward position is played.

AwardsGreen has won four NBA championships (2015, 2017, 2018, 2022) with the Golden State Warriors. He received the NBA Defensive Player of the Year award in 2016. He has been selected to four All-Star teams and eight All-Defensive teams (five First Team, three Second Team). He earned All-NBA Third Team honors twice (2016, 2017) and was named to the NBA All-Rookie Second Team in 2013. Internationally, he won gold medals at the 2016 and 2020 Olympics and the 2014 FIBA World Cup.
