On May 15, 2026, Lucki released his fourth studio album Dr*gs R Bad through Empire Distribution. The cover shows a grainy photo of a pill bottle and scattered capsules, setting the tone for an album steeped in opioid references and emotional rawness. Across 20 tracks, the Chicago rapper leans deeper into his signature slurred delivery, backed by hazy production from Working on Dying, F1lthy, Goyxrd, Jake One, and Zaytoven. Guests include Lil Yachty, Lil Baby, Rylo Rodriguez, Veeze, and the late Chynna in her final posthumous appearance. The album debuted at number 9 on the Billboard 200 with 51,000 equivalent units, and its lead single “Pain in My Chest” featuring Lil Baby went Gold.

Musically, Dr*gs R Bad blends cloud rap, trap, and emo rap into a subdued, melancholic atmosphere. Beats are built on slow 808s, ethereal synth pads, and chopped vocal samples.
