Dorival Júnior

Dorival Júnior stands as one of the most successful managers in modern Brazilian football history. His achievement of winning the Copa Libertadores in 2022 with Flamengo placed him among the elite coaches on the continent. Just a year later, he repeated his triumph by leading São Paulo to the Copa do Brasil, making him one of the few managers to secure two major continental and domestic titles in consecutive years. His ability to identify and develop young talent, particularly Neymar, has cemented his legacy as a master coach who can transform potential into greatness.
