Dollhouse

Joss Whedon created this sci-fi thriller for FOX, blending action, drama, and psychological horror into a sharp critique of identity. The series ran from February 2009 to January 2010 across one season of twenty-six episodes, earning a solid 7.2 rating from viewers who appreciated its dark tone. Eliza Dushku stars as Echo, a woman trapped in a facility where her mind gets wiped clean between missions. She joins Fran Kranz as the brilliant but troubled Topher Brink and Olivia Williams as the cold director Adelle DeWitt. The show explores what happens when wealthy clients hire people to become whatever they need, stripping away their original selves.[edit]
