"Where genetics meet high school chaos"
Masakazu Katsura
Overview
Junta Momonari wakes up in 1994 as a regular high school student, unaware that his future self will father hundreds of children and trigger a global population crisis. A scientist named Karin Aoi from the year 2025 arrives to stop this disaster by injecting Junta with a serum meant to suppress his hyper-reproductive genes. The injection goes wrong, turning Junta into a "Mega-Playboy" who involuntarily transforms whenever he gets excited or touched by a woman. This condition forces him into a desperate search for his one true love if he ever wants to return to normal life.
The story unfolds through a mix of slapstick comedy and sci-fi logic as Junta navigates daily school life while surrounded by women who seem drawn to his new genetic curse. Katsura uses this premise to satirize harem tropes common in 1990s manga, replacing simple romantic triangles with a chaotic web of genetic destiny. The narrative balances awkward teenage interactions with the absurdity of time travel mechanics and biological mutations.
