Diogo Costa has built an impressive trophy cabinet at a young age. With FC Porto, he has won three Primeira Liga titles, four Taça de Portugal trophies, and a Taça da Liga. His 2025–26 season saw him set a club record for most clean sheets in a single season (21), surpassing a mark held by Vítor Baía. Internationally, he won the UEFA Nations League with Portugal in 2025 and was a key part of youth sides that won European championships at U17 and U19 levels. Individually, he has been named Primeira Liga Goalkeeper of the Year three times and Porto Player of the Year once, and was selected for the UEFA Champions League Squad of the Season in 2022–23.
