Diego Lopes has achieved remarkable success in a short UFC tenure, earning five post-fight bonuses in six fights. His victory over former champion Alexander Volkanovski in January 2025 established him as the top contender. He is the first fighter to defeat Volkanovski since 2013 and did so in dominant fashion.
