Desiree Ellis's coaching record is exceptional. She has won the CAF Women's Coach of the Year six times in a row, a feat no other African coach, male or female, has achieved. Her leadership in taking Banyana Banyana to their first WAFCON title in 2022 and to the Round of 16 at the 2023 World Cup has transformed South African women's football.
