Daiki Tsuneta has been recognized as one of Japan's most innovative musicians. He was named to Forbes Japan's 30 Under 30 in Entertainment in 2022, and Rolling Stone Japan ranked him #47 on its list of the 100 Greatest Japanese Musicians of All Time in 2023. Billboard Japan placed him #3 among its Top 10 Producers of the Year in 2023, and NME Japan listed him at #12 on its 50 Most Influential People in Japanese Music in 2024. GQ Japan ranked him #22 on its 50 Most Stylish Men in Japan list in 2024. In 2025, Apple Music Japan honored him as one of the Best Producers of the Decade (2015–2025).

AwardsDaiki Tsuneta has won eight individual awards, including the Japan Gold Disc Award for Best 5 New Artists (2021) as producer, the Japan Record Awards Special Award (2022) for The Greatest Unknown, and the MTV Video Music Awards Japan Best Video of the Year (2022) for "U." He won Best Composition at the Tokyo Music Festival (2023) for "SPECIALZ," and the Japan Academy Prize for Best Music Score (2024) and Asian Film Awards for Best Original Music (2025) for The Last Samurai: Reborn. He also received the JASRAC International Award (2025) for "Kaikai Kitan" and the Nippon Record Awards Special Achievement Award (2025).
