CJ McCollum's career is marked by a rare combination of individual achievement and leadership. He is one of the few players to win the NBA Most Improved Player Award while also serving as president of the players' union. His 2012 NCAA Tournament upset of Duke remains one of the most iconic moments in March Madness history. As NBPA president, he became the youngest to hold the office and helped negotiate the 2023 collective bargaining agreement. Off the court, his wine brand and podcast have built a distinctive personal brand that extends beyond basketball.
