Chris Wright

Wright's primary achievement lies in his transition from a successful energy executive to the head of the U.S. Department of Energy. His appointment marked a significant shift in federal energy policy, placing a former fracking executive in charge of the nation's energy strategy. He has been recognized for his ability to mobilize industry support for critical mineral projects and for advocating voluntary export curbs to lower domestic prices. His leadership style, characterized by a direct, technical approach, has made him a central figure in the Trump administration's "Energy Dominance" agenda.
