Chris Johnson stands as one of the most decorated running backs in NFL history, particularly for his unprecedented rookie season. His 2,006-yard rushing total in 2008 remains a singular achievement that has not been surpassed in nearly two decades. Being named the unanimous Offensive Rookie of the Year and earning First-team All-Pro honors in his first year places him in rare company. His 4.24-second 40-yard dash time at the combine is a statistical anomaly that changed how franchises evaluate speed in the draft. These accomplishments cement his status as a legend who brought a unique brand of electricity to the position.
