Sabrina Spellman lives a double life. By day, she is a sophomore at Baxter High in the town of Greendale, where she navigates teenage dramas with her boyfriend Harvey Kinkle and best friends Rosalind Walker and Susie Putnam. By night, she is a witch-in-training at the Spellman Mortuary, raised by her aunts Zelda and Hilda alongside her warlock cousin Ambrose. On her sixteenth birthday, Sabrina is expected to undergo the Dark Baptism, signing her name in the Book of the Beast and pledging her soul to the Dark Lord. This ceremony would sever her mortal ties forever.

Sabrina refuses to accept this binary choice. She fights to forge a third path, attending both the Academy of Unseen Arts and Baxter High, a dangerous compromise that draws the ire of the coven's High Priest, Father Faustus Blackwood. The coven, the Church of Night, is a patriarchal institution that demands absolute obedience. Sabrina's rebellion is aided by her new teacher, Ms. Mary Wardwell, who is secretly the demon Madam Satan, manipulating events on behalf of the Dark Lord. Across the first two parts, Sabrina uncovers a plot to merge the mortal world with Hell, defeats the Dark Lord's earthly plans, and eventually confronts Satan himself.

In Part 3, the action shifts to Hell, where Sabrina must rescue her boyfriend Nick Scratch and claim the throne to prevent a coup by the demon Caliban. She becomes Queen of Hell but struggles to maintain her humanity. Part 4 introduces the Eldritch Terrors, Lovecraftian cosmic entities that invade Greendale one by one. Sabrina and her family face the Void, a being that erases existence, leading to a final confrontation that forces Sabrina to make the ultimate sacrifice.
