Otto Hightower

Ser Otto Hightower was born into House Hightower of Oldtown, the younger brother of Lord Hightower. A knight of considerable ambition, he rose to prominence when King Jaehaerys I Targaryen appointed him Hand of the King in 101 AC, following the death of Prince Baelon Targaryen. Otto brought his wife and children to King's Landing, including his fifteen-year-old daughter Alicent. After the fall of King's Landing to Rhaenyra's forces, Otto was captured and executed by Lord Corlys Velaryon on Rhaenyra's orders.
