Cactus Jack Records

Founded by Travis Scott on January 10, 2017, Cactus Jack Records takes its name from the alias he had been using on mixtapes since around 2014. The label runs under an exclusive license to Epic Records, a structure fans often spot in the credit line "Cactus Jack Records under exclusive license to Epic" that appears on its releases. That arrangement gives Scott a major-label pipeline while he curates the roster himself, without a publicly named CEO or president. The operation functions more like an extension of his personal brand than a conventionally staffed corporate entity.

The roster has included Scott, Sheck Wes, Don Toliver, SoFaygo, Chase B, and Wallie the Sensei, with Luxury Tax 50 also cited in some lineups. Former signees Smokepurpp and Malu Trevejo passed through after short stints. The publishing arm, Cactus Jack Publishing, handles songwriting and production rights and has brought in producer WondaGurl and rapper-songwriter Dougie F. Artists on the label frequently appear together as the loose collective JackBoys, which released the self-titled compilation Jack Boys in late 2019.

Beyond recorded music, Cactus Jack encompasses a substantial merchandise and fashion operation. The web store at travisscott.com and the @cactusjack Instagram push limited-edition apparel drops, including collaborations such as the Court Collection. The brand's most commercially visible extension is its long-running Nike and Jordan collaboration line, which turned concert merch into what one 2026 report described as a roughly $100 million fashion line. That partnership hit turbulence after the 2021 Astroworld tragedy, when Nike delayed a Travis Scott Air Max collaboration.

Headquarters are in Houston, Texas, though operations and creative work are effectively bicoastal and tied to Scott's touring and Los Angeles activities. Global presence comes through Epic and Sony distribution and through the Nike collaboration's international retail reach.
