Over two decades, the company has accumulated over $4.1 billion in global box office revenue while securing nominations from major industry bodies like the Academy Awards and the Directors Guild of America.

Leadership remains anchored by Iwanyk, who serves as the primary creative force alongside Partner Erica Lee, whom he named in July 2021. The firm operates as a full-service production house handling development, production, and financing. A strategic expansion occurred in July 2022 when Thunder Road partnered with Slash Dynamic to create a dedicated marketing arm, enhancing its ability to distribute content globally.
