Its mobile app and website let users track packages and manage accounts with minimal friction.

Recent expansion efforts have taken the company beyond Ukraine's borders. In September 2026, Nova Post officially entered the Canadian market, offering direct shipping between Ukraine and Canada with a five-day transit time.
