Brad Lander

Brad Lander's achievements are rooted in policy and governance rather than entertainment accolades. He co-founded the New York City Council's Progressive Caucus, led shareholder advocacy that pushed Starbucks to review its labor policies, and managed $7.8 billion in municipal bonds for city infrastructure. His 2026 primary victory over an incumbent congressman with backing from national progressive figures marks a significant political milestone.
