The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.

Shūichi Asō created The Disastrous Life of Saiki K., a manga that flips the script on psychic superpowers by making them an annoyance rather than a gift. Kusuo Saiki possesses every ability imaginable, from telepathy to time travel, yet he spends his high school days trying desperately to live a normal life. The series began as one-shots in 2010 before launching in Weekly Shōnen Jump in May 2012. Asō serialized the main story until February 2018, eventually collecting the chapters into twenty-six volumes. The humor stems from Kusuo's deadpan reactions to the chaos his classmates generate while he silently struggles to keep his powers hidden.[edit]
