Fall in Love, You False Angels

Mahiru is the perfect high school boy: handsome, athletic, and kind to everyone. Yuki is the sweet, gentle girl everyone adores. But both are hiding their true selves. Mahiru is actually a cold, calculating schemer, while Yuki is a greedy, cunning liar. When each discovers the other's secret, they form a pact: keep each other's masks intact while pursuing their own hidden agendas. What starts as a strategic alliance slowly turns into something neither expected—a genuine, chaotic romance.

Written and illustrated by Coco Uzuki, the series began serialization in Kodansha's shōjo magazine Dessert on April 22, 2023. The first compiled volume was released on August 10, 2023, and as of February 2025, eight volumes are in print with over 800,000 copies sold. The series won the 49th Kodansha Manga Award in the shōjo category in 2025 and was nominated for the 2025 Eisner Award for Best U.S. Edition of International Material—Asia.

An anime adaptation by Studio Bind is confirmed, set to premiere in 2027. An English-language release from Seven Seas Entertainment will begin in October 2025.
