Even the Student Council Has Its Holes!

Miyabi Sakuragi joins her high school student council hoping to bring order and efficiency. She quickly discovers the council president is a lazy glutton, the vice president is a compulsive liar, the secretary is a hopeless otaku, and the treasurer communicates only through memes. This yonkoma comedy follows their daily meetings, which devolve into absurd arguments, bizarre rituals, and unintended chaos. The humor comes from the contrast between their official duties and complete incompetence, as well as the growing bonds despite their flaws.

Written and illustrated by Maro Muchi (also credited as Muchimaro), the series began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine on April 27, 2022. Published under the KC Deluxe imprint, compiled volumes have been released since November 17, 2022, with eight volumes in print as of early 2025. Each volume runs 120 to 140 pages and costs ¥680 in Japan. A special limited edition of Volume 5 included an exclusive acrylic stand and mini art book.

An anime adaptation by Passione is scheduled for October 2026. A spin-off, Even the Teacher's Office Has Its Holes!, began serialization in Magazine Pocket in September 2024. A crossover one-shot with Kaguya-sama: Love Is War was published in March 2024.[edit]
