Bjørn Mannsverk

Bjørn Mannsverk has achieved a remarkable transformation from a combat pilot to a respected academic and sports consultant. His most significant achievement is arguably the complete cultural overhaul of Bodø/Glimt, turning a regional Norwegian club into a European powerhouse capable of defeating giants like Manchester City and Inter Milan. This feat is particularly notable given the club's limited resources compared to its opponents. His methodology has gained such traction that it has moved beyond sports into formal business education, a rare distinction for someone working primarily in athletics. Being featured in major international outlets like BBC Sport, ESPN, and Goal.com as the driving force behind a "giant-killing" journey further cements his reputation as a pioneer in high-performance psychology.
