Bill Pulte

Bill Pulte's record is governmental rather than artistic or athletic. He became the fifth director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency in March 2025 and simultaneously chairs Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, a combination of roles that gives him unusual reach over the U.S. mortgage market.
