His crowning achievement remains leading RSC Anderlecht to the Belgian First Division A title in 2014, ending a period of instability for the club. Beyond trophies, his legacy is defined by his ability to integrate young talent into first-team squads, a skill that has been crucial for several clubs he has managed. His recent success with Amedspor in Turkey, where he quickly propelled the team to the top of the league, further cements his reputation as a tactician who can turn around struggling sides.

AwardsHasi has won the Belgian First Division A title as a manager with Anderlecht in the 2013–2014 season. He also secured the Belgian Super Cup with the same club in 2013.
