Benji Brown

Brown's resume does not run on trophies. It runs on the fact that Martin Lawrence, one of the biggest names in Black comedy, saw him perform and put him on an arena tour, then said publicly that Brown was one of the most talented performers around. That kind of co-sign from a peer at the top of the field is rarer than a shelf of awards. He also built a fourteen-year radio career on Miami's top urban stations, which is its own kind of endurance test, and he turned a character bit into a national club tour. In 2026 he moved into a starring television role on Paramount+, the biggest platform of his career.
