Bayley is a pioneer of WWE's Women's Evolution. She holds the record for the longest SmackDown Women's Championship reign at 380 days. She is the first woman to complete the WWE Women's Triple Crown and Grand Slam, and the first to hold both the Raw and SmackDown women's titles simultaneously. Her match against Sasha Banks at NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn is widely considered a landmark moment that changed how WWE presented women's wrestling.
