Awa Fam's international youth career is decorated with silver medals and individual honors. She helped Spain earn silver at the FIBA Women's EuroBasket in 2025, as well as silvers at the U19 World Cup in 2023, U17 World Cup in 2022, and U16 European Championship in 2022. Her MVP award at the 2024 U20 EuroBasket highlighted her dominance among her peers.

AwardsAwa Fam has won several international youth basketball awards. She was named MVP of the FIBA U20 Women's EuroBasket in 2024 and was selected to the All-Star team at both the U20 and U18 levels. She also earned a spot on the FIBA U19 Women's EuroBasket All-Star Second Team in 2023 and the U16 European Championship All-Star team in 2022.
