Austria3 may not have a trophy shelf, but their real achievement was bringing together three of Austria's most beloved musical icons for a cause greater than themselves. Their charity concert in 1997 raised over 2 million Austrian Schillings, setting a benchmark for celebrity activism in the country. They went on to sell out venues across Austria and Germany, and their live performances became the stuff of legend. Their album Die Dritte topped the Austrian charts, and they played to crowds of over 100,000 at the Donauinselfest.
