Pourkashiyan's record speaks for itself: a world youth title at twelve, a continental championship, and seven national titles, more than any other Iranian woman. She has represented two countries on the global stage and earned medals at the Asian Games and the FIDE Women's Team Championship. Her longevity and consistency place her among the most accomplished female players from Iran.

AwardsPourkashiyan has won the World Youth Championship (2000), the Asian Women's Championship (2010), and seven Iranian Women's Championships. She also earned a bronze medal at the 2006 Asian Games and an individual silver medal at the 2023 FIDE Women's Team Championship.
