António Silva has already achieved significant milestones at a remarkably young age. Winning the UEFA Youth League in 2021–22 marked a historic moment for Benfica, securing their first European trophy in six decades. His immediate contribution to the Primeira Liga title in his debut senior season demonstrated a maturity beyond his years. Being selected for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and UEFA Euro 2024 squads further cements his status as one of the most promising defensive talents in European football. His rapid ascent from the youth academy to the Premier League bypasses the typical loan cycles many young defenders undergo.

AwardsWhile Silva has yet to accumulate individual trophies due to his young age, his team achievements are notable. He won the UEFA Youth League in 2021–22 with Benfica U19, a pivotal moment in his development. That same year, he contributed to Benfica's Primeira Liga title victory in his debut senior season. He was part of the squad that secured Benfica's first European trophy in 60 years via the Youth League victory.
