The narrative relies on complex causality where actions in one era ripple into another, creating puzzles that require understanding how history shifts.

The original title launched in Japan on April 12, 2017, before expanding globally to iOS and Android devices in January 2019. A Windows version arrived later to accommodate larger screens. In September 2026, the studio released Another Eden Begins for Nintendo Switch and PC. Combat unfolds in real-time turn-based battles where players assemble a party to fight alongside them. Characters execute special moves called Chain Attacks to deal massive combo damage.
