Records

Anna Bessonova's record is remarkable for its consistency at the highest level. She is one of the few gymnasts to win an all-around medal at every World Championship she entered between 2001 and 2009. Her two Olympic bronze medals place her among Ukraine's most successful Olympians in rhythmic gymnastics. She also earned 15 medals across four Universiade appearances, a feat that earned her "Universiade legend" status.

AwardsBessonova won two Olympic bronze medals (2004, 2008), a World Championship gold in 2007, and multiple silvers and bronzes at World and European Championships. She also won the Grand Prix Final in 2003 and the Derjugina Cup in 2005.
