Amber Cox

Cox's honors are modest by design. She spent her career in marketing and operations, roles that rarely produce trophies. Her one documented award, the 2017 NLL Executive of the Year, came from a lacrosse franchise rather than a basketball team, which makes it an unusual line on a résumé built mostly in the WNBA and college sports. She has no Hall of Fame induction, no honorary degree, and no national honors.
