Alfredo Lim

Alfredo Lim's achievements stand out in the realm of Philippine public service rather than pop culture. He is frequently cited in lists of "Most Controversial Mayors" or "Toughest Enforcers" in Philippine history, though specific numerical rankings from such lists are not provided in the search results. His legacy includes being one of the few individuals to serve as Mayor of Manila for two separate non-consecutive terms. The "Dirty Harry" moniker itself serves as an unofficial accolade, symbolizing his tough stance on crime and his willingness to take decisive action. His tenure as NBI Director and DILG Secretary further cements his place as a key figure in the country's law enforcement history.
