Without Me

Halsey's third studio album, Manic, dropped on October 4, 2018, through Capitol Records and marked a sharp turn toward raw introspection. The record blends pop, contemporary R&B, and electronic dance music across thirteen tracks that explore heartbreak, mental health struggles, and personal growth. While the single "Without Me" dominates headlines for its interpolation of Justin Timberlake's "Cry Me a River," the full LP showcases Halsey's versatility by weaving electro-R&B textures with stark acoustic moments. This project cemented her status as a leading voice in modern pop without relying on generic production formulas.[edit]
