To Hell with It

PinkPantheress launched her career with To Hell with It, a debut mixtape that arrived on October 15, 2021, via Parlophone and Elektra Records. The project spans just over 18 minutes and blends dance-pop, liquid drum and bass, and UK garage into a nostalgic soundscape inspired by the early 2000s. Ten tracks explore themes of heartbreak, teenage angst, and longing, built on production from PinkPantheress herself alongside collaborators like Mura Masa and Adam F. Her rise began in early 2021 when short clips of songs like "Pain" and "Break It Off" went viral on TikTok, leading to a record deal and the release of singles such as Passion and Just for Me. Critics praised the mixtape's clever sampling and vocal delivery, noting how it merges alt-pop, hyperpop, and pop-punk influences into something fresh yet familiar. The album peaked at number 20 on the UK Albums Chart, while all five singles charted in Britain. A remix edition followed in January 2022, extending the reach of this compact but impactful collection. [edit]
