Therapy at the Club

Therapy at the Club (stylised in all caps) is the upcoming second studio album by English girl group Flo, scheduled for release on 6 August 2026 via EMI Records. Originally set for 24 July, the group pushed the date back two weeks to extend promotion and allow member Jorja Douglas to recover from precautionary vocal cord surgery. As a sweetener, they dropped the third single "Remedied" on the original release day. The album follows their debut Access All Areas (2024) and deepens their blend of contemporary R&B with 2000s pop gloss. Flo call it their most "grown" and "honest" work yet, with songwriting contributions from the group and production from Amy Allen, Julian Bunetta, Oak, and others. Guest spots come from Juicy J and Kwn. The rollout began with lead single "Leak It" on 20 March, followed by the title track as a promo single on 6 May, and "Don't Break Her Heart" on 5 June. With 14 tracks, Therapy at the Club promises a confident leap forward.

The album reimagines the club not just as a place of nightlife, but as a site of confession, release and self-possession. The title track is a ballad exploring using nightlife as a form of escapism after a breakup, using the club as a space to numb emotions. The trio have described the record as more "authoritative," bridging pop and R&B, and reviving "girl-group heartbreak anthems" with a nostalgic feel. In interviews, they've discussed the album's meaning, their growth, hanging out with KATSEYE, and their love for Ariana Grande. Learning to speak up in the studio changed everything for the group, who took greater creative control on this project. [edit]
