Singular: Act II

Sabrina Carpenter's fourth studio album, Singular: Act II, arrived on July 19, 2019, through Hollywood Records. It serves as the sequel to 2018's Singular: Act I and marked her final release under the label. Carpenter initially planned a single album called Singular but split it into two parts due to contrasting lyrical themes. The record blends pop, R&B, and dance influences, with songs tackling anxiety, self-reflection, and growing up. It features nine tracks, including the singles "Pushing 20," "Exhale," and "In My Bed." The promotional single "I'm Fakin" dropped a week before the album. Rapper Saweetie appears on a guest verse. Critics gave the album generally positive reviews, praising its mature sound.
