The title serves as an anagram for "powerful" and references the quote "For I am fearless, and therefore powerful." This project marks a sonic shift for the group by blending K-pop with electronic dance music alongside rock and Latin rhythms.

Critical response highlighted the album's polished production but noted mixed feelings regarding its depth. Reviewers praised the cohesive mix of genres in tracks like Celebration and Boompala.
