Death of Me

Evan, formerly known as Heeseung Lee of Enhypen, stepped into the spotlight with Death of Me, his debut mini-album released on September 7, 2026. This eight-track collection marks a pivotal moment in his career following his departure from the group, serving as a vehicle for personal healing and artistic reinvention. The project blends moody R&B textures with sharp pop production to explore themes of toxic attachment, emotional exhaustion, and self-preservation.

The EP builds momentum from its first single "Ride or Die", which dropped in June alongside the B-side "Overflow". The title track shares the same name as the album, acting as the centerpiece for this sonic journey through heartbreak and recovery. Evan delivers raw vocals over minimalist beats, creating an intimate atmosphere that matches the confessional nature of the lyrics. Promotional efforts included a Seoul showcase where he performed the title track live, allowing fans to experience the emotional depth of the music firsthand. [edit]
