Alan Hansen's trophy cabinet reflects his status as a cornerstone of Liverpool's golden era. He won eight First Division titles, more than any other Liverpool player at the time, and three European Cups, a feat few defenders can match. His 26 caps for Scotland and appearance at the 1982 World Cup underscore his international standing. Inductions into both the Scottish and English Football Halls of Fame recognize his enduring legacy. Hansen is consistently ranked among the greatest defenders in English and European history, celebrated for his elegance, intelligence, and leadership.
