Ai Kayano

Ai Kayano's standing in the industry is measured less by trophies than by the roles she has defined. Menma in Anohana is a character that anime fans still discuss with genuine emotion more than a decade later, and the series itself remains a touchstone. Her range across KonoSuba, No Game No Life, and Girls und Panzer shows a versatility that few voice actors match. The 2026 casting announcements suggest that whatever the disruptions of recent years, producers still consider her a first-choice performer for leading roles.
