The Norris Trophy in 2021 is the achievement that defines Fox's resume, and the company it puts him in is the remarkable part. Only Bobby Orr had won the award before his third NHL season. Fox did it as a 23-year-old on a Rangers team that was still finding its footing. Since then he has stacked the quieter credentials that matter to people who watch every game: top-pairing minutes against the league's best forwards, first-unit power-play duty, and a steady climb up the franchise's all-time assist lists, including a 363rd assist in October 2026 that tied him with James Patrick for 10th in Rangers history.
